||The sun shimmered on the top layer of the water, the waves crashed into the shore, spewing white foam onto the beach. It was almost deserted this morning, making more birds come to spend some peaceful moments without the crazed humans there to bother them. The morning was just started, showing the awesomeness as the golden sun hit the water, turning it from a hazy blue to a painted gold. The birds were gathering quickly and off shore a pod of whales were heading north, along with a few dolphins to the east down shore, catching some morning breakfast and heading into a cove down the beach. The morning was beginning, it had a peaceful stillness that worked through out the land, making everything as close to paradise as one could. It was after all, God wonderful painting of a ocean morning. ||The black 1970s ford mustang pulled into the parking lot not far from the beach, slowly so make sure not to disturb anyone who might be enjoying the stillness of the place. The engine cut off, the sound of the door coming open scared a few birds, but they soon settled back down again only 10 yards from the car. Legs stepped out and a beautiful blonde came from the car. Her eyes scanned the beach and she smiled. It was not like her home in Hawaii, but it would do fine. She checked her phone, making sure she had the time correct and then tossing it back into the car and going to the back seat to pull out a surf board, which was a light blue and had handcuffs on the front part of it. She cleaned it, making it sure it was perfect for the water and then ran out, pulling her hair into a pony-tail once she got to the cold water, which splashed up her legs, but she did not even notice it. ||The water was cold, but she knew better then to look at the cold. Her body moved out onto the water, going out further from the shore and then stopping, letting the morning sun warm her as she floated on the board, taking in steady breaths. She wore a brown bathing suit top and a pair of brown swim trunks that fit to her body perfectly, but right now, all she wanted to do was relax for a little while.

Stephany was keeled on the cool sand, her surfboard upside down in front of her as she was waxing it carefully. This board was like her baby, definitely the number one material thing she could never get away from for too long. She was rubbing it tenderly, as if all of the love she put in getting it ready would increase her performances. Of course, it was probably psychological, but she surfed a lot better when she had taken care of it properly beforehand.
Taking a deep breath as the refreshing morning air penetrated her lungs, she glanced at her surroundings slowly, tilting her head up from her board for the first time in the past ten minutes. There wasn't anyone else at this hour yet, except for a couple running on the side of the beach a little further away. A engine motor roared in the parking lot and it caught her attention. A vintage Mustang came into sight and Stephany surprised herself wondering what kind of men would come out of it. She hoped for a tall, dark-haired athletic man in his 20's, some piece of meat she could try and grab a bite off. However, to her great surprise, a young blond woman came out, carrying a surf board.
Chuckling at herself for daydreaming as much as she had - and putting the fault on her lack of much sleep in the past few days - she turned her attention back on her board, which she was almost done with. Giving the last rub of pineapple wax, she sighed and smiled to herself. Her gaze went to the ocean some twenty feet away from her and the bigger waves further off. She stood and grabbed her board, already wearing only her bikini and her billabong surf shorts, and jogged until she reached the water. Stomach flat on her surfboard, she paddled into the water until she was far enough to have a good view at the upcoming waves. She needed to grab the perfect one, she was always pickier for the first one of the day.
Glancing sideways, she noticed the blond girl sitting on her board not too far away from her. She was curious in seeing how well she could surf, not many girls seemed to have a good technique in the area, not from what she had seen anyway.

||Autumn watched as the sun barely tipped the horizon, seeing more rays of gold over the water, casting it to the perfection of heaven, of course, Autumn knew better, because Autumn knew that Heaven was way better. She moved her hand steady over the water, feeling the energy that moved threw each wave, the gentle beat that came as the wave tipped her hand at the crest and then went back to the trough and then back to the crest. It was a relaxing beat that went with her heart. She let her eyes close to the rythemm relaxing her whole body before the sun could rise any further. ||Her eyes snapped open, the waves were off the beat that her heart had come accustom to and she let her eyes scan the horizon, seeing a choice wave head her way. It was large, perfect for the first one of the morning. Her body went flat to the board, her arms moving quickly towards the way a little and then the board turn with speed of her true home, the home in Hawaii and she moved faster, feeling the wave come closer to her body. At the last moment, her feet came to the board, she felt the wave catch her board, and she stood, crouched over a little as she moved with the way. ||She felt like she was alive, moving in quick, sharp motions with each moment that pasted. She felt the water moving her closer to the shore, but she had plenty of time. She let the water be the only thing she saw. The wave was large, just large enough for her normal morning trick. She went to the trough of the wave, pulling up quickly, gaining a little air on the semi-large wave and landing with perfection before she dropped down perfectly on her board and let the wave go past her.

Sadly, the ladies were not alone a few seconds later as a guy and his board drifted by. It was Stephanie's younger brother, Jaide. Jaide waved to his sister and said, "Yo Sis." He just slowly moved by, laying on his board, until he saw a good sized wave coming. He grinned and moved towards it, and as he ascended to it, began to stand upon his board and surfed the wave. He then noticed it coming down towards the girls and cursed, as he lost balance and he fell back into the water, and his board did a 360 in the air. As the wave crashed just slightly away from the girls, Jaide surfaced, after bonking his head on his board.
"Damn, I have to watch myself." He shook his head, sprinkling water on the two females and he grinned to himself, "Though, you have to admit, what my board did was sweet, Sis." He looked at his elder sister, his hair and face dripping with water. He looked at the other girl and said, "Hello, My name is Jaide Silverbane, local jock and goofy Surfer." He chuckled to himself.

||Autumn felt the water become calm and began moving further from the shore, just as the boy resurfaced and showed himself to the her. She moved her arm in front of her face just as he shook himself clear of the water and then removed her hand, whipping from water from her face. She looked at the girl, not sure if she had also been trying to catch the wave or not, she gave her a smile and look at her, letting the sun shine on the water. ||"Aloha, I hope you were not trying to catch that wave too, I was not paying attention to the people around me. I am Autumn by the way, Nice to meet you Jaide," her voice held the Hawaiian accent and then she looked at the boy again, letting her face be as soft as possible before she moved to the side as the a small wave came and caught her board gently, taking it to her left a few inches. She stabled her board easily and looked off towards the Horizon, waiting for another wave, possible a even better one.

Jaide watched her and said, "Ah, nice to meet a beauty such as you, Autumn." Now that was upfront flirting at his best. He was to the point in his truthful flirting. The only awkward part most would notice is his sister was here, but alas, He didn't care, he knew his sister wanted him to find someone to love and cherish. Jaide's green eyes watched Autumn, for a reaction and to see her surfing skills.
He then sat on his board, once he had the chance. He watched her, intrigued by her, to a extent.

||She smiled at him, her eyes skimmed past him as she saw the wave she had been waiting for. It was a large wave and Autumn wanted it. She nodded her head to the wave, excusing herself and laying on her board. Her strong arm sent her forward at a fast speed. She moved quickly, not wanting to stop, she saw the wave was not far away and swung her board around quickly, kicking her feet to gain speed, but soon she laid her feet flat on the board, using her arms to continue forward until the last minute told her to move. ||She felt the board catch, her feet moved to where she could stand and she stayed with the wave, moving the board around perfectly and gliding down the wave. She watched perfectly, keeping water from her face and waiting for the perfect moment to hit another trick. She loved moving with the wave, if anything else, but as she moved, she allowed herself to think of what Jaide had said. ||He called me Beauty? Why? I am not that pretty. She thought to herself, but her mind went back to the wave and then saw the opportunity for her trick. She let the wave carry her and then she took to the air, catching the air and landing back on the wave again with perfection and then sliding back to the board and holding herself in place.

Jaide watched her, curious to her skills. He chuckled and said, "You seem skilled with the surfboard." He then watched her still and said, "Hm..." He rubbed his chin. He watched this angel of a girl and waited. He knew she was the one, the one he had been waiting for. He tapped his chin and said nothing yet. His green eyes were the studying kind and then he decided to go a step further, "I dont have much time, I have some things to do, but I was wondering..."
"If you'd like to get to know each other better some other time, over lunch or something?" He finished off with a smile towards Autumn. The way it sounded, possibly sounded like a date, but who knows with Jaide, he could just be looking for another friend to know. Jaide was sitting there, atleast waiting for a answer before he went off to his home for a few errands. His kind smile still aimed at Autumn, curious as to her answer to his question, one of many he asked a lot of girls around here to make friends with.

Stephany rolled her eyes softly as she heard a familiar voice just right behind her. She spun her head around but she knew already who she would come face to face with. "Admit it, you're following me," she said. However, she didn't get a response as Jaide went straight for the next wave, which the blond girl has seen as well. Stephany found herself wondering if his sudden interest for this particular wave was because of her. Nothing that would surprise her much of him anyway.
Observing the girl a lot more than her own brother, she had to admit she was one of the good ones Stephany had seen surfing since they had settled in California. A lot better than some guys as well. No doubt she had been doing it for a while, probably longer than she herself had. As they both came back closer to her, she shook her head very slightly as Jaide complimented her - a lot. No jealous feelings, of course, just a typical Jaide Silverbane attitude involved. However, she had to admit the blond girl - Autumn, as she had introduced herself - was very good looking and her brother had not exaggerated the compliments. "Stephany" she said with a brief tilt of the head, introducing herself as well.
As she went for another wave and tricked it, Stephany's interest in her increased somewhat. So young and so talented. Slowly, she paddled over to her brother and before Autumn was back next to them, she gave him a slight push on the shoulder. "Approved," she commented with a wink before laying on her board and going for the next wave.
Diving underneath one of them, she resurfaced at the exact right spot to catch the next and spun her board around before the wave curled up. She paddled in the direction she had just came from and stood on her board as the wave curled right behind her, giving her more speed as she bent her knees, her left hand touching the wave's wall right next to her. As the wave faded off, she was still on her feet, closer to the shore than she was. Taking a deep, satisfied breath, she laid down on her board again and paddled back towards the two others.

||A smile graced Autumn's features as she set and looked at him and she nodded her head before she glanced at Stephany as she went to go and surf. She was enjoying this place, thou it was not Hawaii, it would work just fine for her. She let herself settle with the movements of the waves and then laid back on her board, watching as the sun made the sky grow lighter with each passing second. ||"Sure, I would not mind getting to know you better, but my dad may have a say in it, I am suppose to help him for the next few weeks, working at the office," She let her voice carry over the waves to Jaide and then set up on her board, easily and then looked over at him, a smile gracing her lips again. "This is not home, but it will do fine," She said to him as she let herself become comfortable with the waves that went by. She watched Stephany, seeing great skill, but Autumn knew that she was a younger surfer then her. Autumn had been in the ocean since she was two years old and not only that, she had been on the surf board with her father too. [/blockquote]

Jaide beamed with a smile towards Autumn as he nodded and began to move towards the beach. He moved over to his own car, a Kia Sportage, and dried himself off, before heading to a nearby man's bathroom to change real quick. He did such and he came out in a black tank top, and dark camo shorts. He sat in his Kia, checking some things. He glanced back to Autumn and smiled to himself. He cleaned out his car, not much of a mess that it was.
He heard something and backed away, and turned, only to be smashed into by a bicycle rider. The rider got up with his bike and ran off quickly. Jaide was getting up, a few scratches on him. His vision was dazed and he stumbled into his car, sitting in the seat, as he, with a few fumbles, got out a First Aid, and began to clean up his scratches. He hissed in pain, as he expected, and sighed. His body ached and he just needed to rest now, which is wasn't what he wanted. He closed all the doors, left the windows open and sat in the driver seat, his eyes closed.
He muttered, "Idiot probably did that because of who I am."

Autumn had followed him, but she had stopped just at the shore, letting herself set down and let the morning sun dry her a little before she stood and headed to her car to grab her towel and also place her board in the back. She moved quickly, her blond hair was wet, so it allowed water to run down her perfectly smooth back, which as she turned one could see a red dragon that started at the middle of her hip with the tip of the tail, the wings stretched over her shoulder blades, the head stopping at the base of her neck showing the mouth open as if roaring. She let the dragon be displayed the whole time as she dried off and then turned to see the whole thing that happened to Jaide. She ran over to his car just as he got in and started fixing himself up. She got down to where he could see her and looked at him. He had some bruises and lots of cuts. Thoughts ran through her head as she though of the anger she would be feeling if it had been her. She knew that Jaide could easily press charges, but she was not sure if he even knew who it was and did not ask, since it was not her business. She looked around and then looked back at him and took the kit from him. "Here, let me help," She did hold a very nice Hawaiian accent that commented to her skill on the board and to her present on the beach. She took some stuff out and started on the easiest looking injury and started helping him as much as she could. She had a kind heart, just like her father, but winning over that heart was another story. People had to accept that fact that she was no ordinary girl, in fact, she was far from it. She was a bounty Hunter and most guys hated that because it put the girl in lots of danger.

Jaide let her help and said, "Thanks, Autumn." He smiled at her lightly. He did not underestimate girls or anything like that. Providing the fact that he usually arm wrestled and the likes with other girls, without badly injuring him. He said, "Some people just dont care if they hurt others." He frowned a bit, and then winced as she continued to help him, as a sting of pain went through him.
He adjusted and reached behind his seat, and pulled a rose, without the thorns, from where his hand was, and tucked it behind Autumn's left ear, smiling softly and acting innocent. He was such a flirt, and a romantic too,but he was careful on wooing the females. He knew that most would take time and if they didnt, then that girl wasn't for him. He was smarter then he played onto be. He was just that much of a deceiving guy, when it came to certain things. He also was known to trick others who deserved it to get ahead, but usually he was a nice guy and never mean.

Autumn gave him a smile & was careful not to cause him to much pain as she worked. She moved as quick as possible, but made sure that everything was looked over & perfectly clean so no infection would not set in. She felt herself smile again as he said 'Thank you' and continued, feeling him wince in pain. She looked up at him, showing she was sorry for hitting a bad spot, & continued with what she was doing. As she worked she felt something cool, like that of a flower stem go over her ear and she touched the side of her face, smiling as she felt the flower bud and removed it to take a look at the beautiful rose. She saw the red petals, that shimmered slightly from the morning sun as it rose higher in the sky. She saw the dark middle as it hid from those same rays & ran her finger down the stem before she replaced it back behind her ear. "Thank You," She felt her face blush slightly as she continued to work on his worse places & then set back a little on her feet and looked into his face. "Anywhere else hurt?" She was not sure if he had anything broken, like maybe a rib. She still wondered why anyone would be so stupid to do that, but people had reasons and most of them were as stupid as they came.

He watched her and said, "Eh, just aches all over, I did get hit by a bike and essentially the ground." He winced again as he shifted. He saw the guy come around again, this time probably as the jealous type. He grabbed her and pulled her into the car, right onto his lap as the bike guy zipped by, cursing to himself, as he swerved and crashed into the sand. However, Jaide's attention wasn't on that, it was the fact that his lips were now upon Autumn's lips when he saved her.
He blinked twice before he broke it and began to quickly, as possibly, stutter out, "I-I'm sorry, I-I didn't mean for that to happen." He tried to apologize, but kept stuttering, sort of afraid he ruined his chances with Autumn. He was ignorging the fact that he had her in his lap, in a position where he could protect her at any angles. Since the car was quite big, there was no fear of having a head bonked. He kept on stuttering a sorry out, many times, not wanting to be hated by Autumn.
